Dilutional ratios for Botox
6cc sterile preservative free saline in 100 units of Botox

The red line is my usual initial dose for a first time patient. The first column is the dosage in cc’s to yield the amount of Botox in the second column. Since I almost always give bilateral injections, the right column is double the middle column and an easy way for me to keep track of the total dose. I have the higher doses in the chart for my patients with other forms of dystonia, such as lingual dystonia, palatal myoclonus, oromandibular dystonia or torticollis.
