Question about hitting highs. I was sick in mid February 2014 with a chest virus. I had lost my voice. I had kept clearing my throat and coughing quite a bit. The virus lasted till the end of February. However when I started to sing ( I am in a band, I sing and play guitar), I noticed that I could not hit high F or G. When I tried to hit those notes, my voice would break. I am scared that I have developed a nodule or polyp. Any recommendations would be appreciated.
