Lower a voice with testosterone

I am a 30-year old male, with a high-pitched voice (upper end of normal range), and ~400 ng/dl testosterone.

I have started taking a HCG. I am considering Testosterone.

Would this make my voice lower or deeper?

 Typically testosterone will lower the comfortable speaking pitch of the voice when taken over a prolonged period such as several months up to a few years.
