Flexible close up view of larynx. I thought there was a subtle left vocal fold conus atrophy compared with the right though it was difficult to get an exact midline view to avoid distortion from the wide angle lens. I really thought both ventricles were equally capacious. View of posterior commisure with lateralization of the left vocal process These two strobe photos try to demonstrate through still pictures the nearly 180 degrees out of phase the mucosal wave is suggesting to me that the vocal folds are being held at different tensions.
