Presently this page is limited to audio examples of pitch surgeries. All of the "Before" recordings were made with professional equipment in my office. Many of the "After" recordings were made over the telephone or on the patient's computer and this will affect the audio quality.

She had a cricothyroid approximation 2 year earlier. Her voice was initially very high, but then fell back to a lower pitch. So her "before voice" in this recording is after a cricothyroid approximation and her after voice is 5 months after the Feminization Laryngoplasty. |

She had a KTP laser tuneup three months after her feminization laryngoplasty. Her volume is limited. Her voice improved after the laser treatment allowing her to sing karaoke better.
