Voice Therapy: A Comprehensive Approach

This is a 2-day conference related solely to everything about voice therapy: application, live demonstration, research, and future trends.

The following voice therapies will be presented: Resonant Voice, Flow Phonation, Circumlaryngeal Reposturing, Respiratory Retraining and Cough Suppression.  In addition, voice therapy for children and the transgender population will be offered. Vocal Economy and Motor Learning Principles will be presented by Katherine Verdolini Abbott.

This year’s keynote speakers are Drs. Alison Behrman and Claudio Milstein.  Dr. Behrman is co-editor of the incredibly practical Exercises for Voice Therapy book.  She will present Why Voice Patients Should Learn Public Speaking Skills. Dr. Milstein will present therapy techniques for Functional Dysphonia, which have been featured on ABC, NPR, and much more.
